Real use shows what the design could not predict: an extra validation rule, a report the team needs, a step that can be automated. We make those changes as part of running the system.
Changes go through the same review, testing and deployment process as the original build, so the system stays reliable as it evolves.

A new product line, a new team or a process we have not taken on before is new scope. We scope it, agree the plan and terms with you, and build it as a project.
That boundary keeps the running agreement predictable and gives larger changes the planning they need.
Production hosting without an infrastructure team
Modern cloud platforms make it practical to run bespoke applications without hiring people to look after servers. We handle deployment, scaling, backups and monitoring, so the software you own does not need an infrastructure team of its own.
