- We already have an MSP — do we need North Ark?
- MSPs keep helpdesk and BAU. North Ark handles senior project work they often can't scope: Copilot tenant readiness, Sentinel onboarding, Azure architecture, and custom knowledge assistants. Your MSP keeps the client relationship; we complement, not compete.
- Should we buy Copilot or build a custom assistant?
- Often both, in order. Copilot helps staff draft email and summarise meetings inside M365. A custom knowledge assistant answers from your specific documents with permission boundaries Copilot doesn't replace. Start with FC-07 or FC-19 before committing to either.
