Copilot Studio lets you ship agents with topics, actions, and governance — after your tenant is ready. Here is what a two-week agent sprint delivers and what to fix first.
Copilot Studio agents are not ChatGPT wrappers in a Teams tab. They are structured conversations with topics, entities, actions into Dataverse or APIs, and governance docs your IT team can review.
FC-25 Copilot Studio Agent Sprint delivers 1–2 production agents in two weeks — after FC-19 or FC-07 confirms the tenant and use case are ready.
HR policy FAQs with escalation to humans. IT request triage with ticket creation. Project status lookups from your PSA. Onboarding checklists for new field staff.
Poor use cases: open-ended "ask anything" without corpus boundaries, or agents with write access to production ERP without approval flows.
Topics map user phrases to flows. Actions call APIs or Power Automate with service accounts scoped minimally. Fallback messages route to staff when confidence is low.
Log conversations for review. Block PII exfiltration patterns. Document who owns topic updates when policies change.
Agents inherit M365 identity and data access. Copilot readiness (FC-19) and M365 baseline (FC-04) come first if SharePoint and admin posture are weak.
