When is the best time to do it?
Two to three months before your renewal, so changes can be made at renewal.
Can you supply the licences afterwards?
Yes, through the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider program, or your existing partner can act on the recommendations.
Does it include Azure costs?
No. Azure spend is covered by the Azure architecture and cost review.
Can we use the results with another provider?
Yes. The recommendations are yours.
