Questions buyers ask

Should we stop people creating Teams?

Usually not. A simple request process, naming rules and expiry for inactive Teams give control without slowing people down.

How do we deal with old guest accounts?

Access reviews ask owners to confirm each guest, and guests who are not confirmed are removed automatically.

Is this the same as Copilot readiness?

They overlap. Copilot readiness focuses on what Copilot could expose. Governance keeps sharing and ownership tidy over time, which keeps Copilot safe after rollout.

Do you build intranets?

Intranet design and custom development are scoped separately as software projects. This service covers governance and security.

Which licences do we need?

Most settings are available in Business Premium and E3. Some advanced controls need SharePoint Advanced Management or Entra ID Governance.
