Payment terms

  • Outcomes & projects: 50% on signature, 50% on agreed milestone
  • Assessments: 50% on booking, 50% on delivery
  • Discovery: 100% credited toward any outcome package (OC-* or FC project) if you proceed within 30 days.
  • Retainers: First month (+ setup fee if any) on signature; monthly in advance
