Is this replacing our MSP?
No. Productivity Partnership builds AI and automation capability. Your MSP keeps helpdesk, endpoints, and BAU infrastructure. We complement them — same model as industry leaders use for managed AI without taking over all IT.
What does 'requests under four hours included' mean?
Small automations, Copilot tuning, integration fixes, and training sessions that fit in half a day are included in the monthly rhythm — no separate quote each time. Larger builds are scoped as add-on projects or absorbed into NA-CORE+.
Can we start with a project first?
Yes — most clients complete AI Consulting or Business Automation as a project, then move to Productivity Partnership to keep building. FC-07 and FC-06 assessments credit toward projects if you proceed within 30 days.
How is this priced?
NA-CORE starts from $3,500/month organisation-wide (not per-seat). Scope depends on environment size and build cadence. NA-CORE+ from $5,500/month for higher throughput. First month + setup on signature; month-to-month after minimum term.
