Practical AI — from curiosity to confident rollout

What you're buying: Clarity

Everyone's talking AI. You need to know what pays back.

AI consulting and implementation — real business value, not hype.

Licences get bought; adoption stalls; governance is an afterthought. AI Consulting maps your workflows, assesses ROI, and implements the right tools in your environment — Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or custom Azure assistants.

Five-step engagement: discovery → assessment → roadmap → implementation → adoption. Platforms: Copilot, ChatGPT Business, Claude, Azure AI. Free 45-minute strategy session to start.

Get an AI roadmap — not another vendor deck

Tell us where you are with Copilot, ChatGPT, or custom assistants. We reply with one recommended outcome, price, and timeline.

Is this you?

Problems we solve

  • Everyone's talking AI but nobody can say what pays back for a business like ours.
  • We bought Copilot or ChatGPT seats — six months later most of the team still isn't using them.
  • Staff paste company documents into public AI tools with no governance.
  • Every vendor recommends a different platform and we don't know who to trust.
  • We need AI in production, not another pilot deck or innovation workshop.

What's included

  • Workflow and data discovery before any tool recommendation
  • Feasibility, risk, and ROI assessment per opportunity
  • Prioritised roadmap tied to business outcomes
  • Implementation in your existing environment (Copilot, ChatGPT Business, Claude, Azure AI)
  • Adoption support and post-go-live review
  • Governance and data-boundary guidance as part of the process

What's not included

  • 24×7 helpdesk or device support (your MSP keeps BAU IT)
  • Unlimited licence procurement without agreed scope
  • Open-ended innovation workshops with no deliverable

  4. 04

    Implementation

Tools and integrations built in platforms your team already uses.

  5. 05

    Adoption & review

Training on real workflows; results tracked; plan updated.

  • Tools live in your environment with governance boundaries
  • Team adoption built around daily workflows

Professional services — permissions-aware RAG assistant in Teams

Multi-discipline professional services firm, 85 staff

Staff were pasting SOPs, job packs, and client templates into public ChatGPT to get answers fast — with no audit trail and no guarantee sensitive content stayed inside the firm. Leadership needed an internal assistant that respected SharePoint permissions and could ship in weeks, not quarters.

  • Time to answer: Typical SOP lookup dropped from ~15 min search to under 2 min
  • Shadow AI risk: Pilot cohort moved off public ChatGPT for approved procedures
  • Permissions: Answers scoped to Entra groups — HR docs never surfaced to delivery staff

Events business — custom operations CRM

Growing events company, 25 staff

A fast-growing events company was losing enquiries between intake and delivery. Staff maintained shadow spreadsheets because their off-the-shelf CRM didn't match how they sold packages, scheduled crews, or billed clients.

  • Lead capture: Single pipeline — no more shadow spreadsheets
  • Admin time: Estimated 8–12 hrs/week saved on status chasing
  • Adoption: Team live on day one — built around their process

Common questions

Which AI platform should we use?
There is no default. Copilot fits Microsoft-heavy teams; ChatGPT Business suits broad drafting and research; Claude suits long compliance documents; Azure AI suits custom assistants on your data. Discovery and assessment recommend what fits your environment — not what we are incentivised to sell.
We don't have anyone technical to manage AI.
You don't need a full-time AI lead. Implementation and governance are handled for you. The process works alongside whoever owns IT decisions — CFO, ops lead, or office manager.
We're worried about data security.
Data handling and compliance obligations are assessed before any tool is recommended. Nothing is built into your environment until you understand and accept the risk.
We've tried AI tools before and they didn't stick.
That is usually change management, not technology. Adoption is built into the plan from day one — rollout, training on real workflows, and progress tracking after go-live.
Project or ongoing partnership?
Start with a project (FC-07, FC-19, OC-03, FC-28) for a defined outcome. Move to Productivity Partnership (NA-CORE) when you want AI and automation as a monthly rhythm — not a new SOW every quarter.
